Basic Information
Custom Rare Metal manufactures high purity Copper Foil and sheets in various thicknesses and sizes. Most foils are produced from raw material high purity electrolytic copper by electrolytic deposition. Then we adopt multi-pass cold rolling process to make the copper foil with uniform thinness and high surface finish. Finally, special surface treatment process is adopted to make the surface finish of copper foil higher and improve its application in high-speed signal transmission. Thickness can range from 0.008 to approximately 2mm for copper metals. Some coppers can also be rolled down as thin as 0.0035mm. Forms include powder, granule, wire, and other sizes are available by request.

- Packaging: packed in a vacuum bags, wrapped in poly-foam box and then carton box for shipping. Other packaging options are available. Great care is taken to avoid any damage which might be caused during storage before transit or during transport.
- Transportation: by Fedex, DHL, UPS with door to door delivery, by Air for urgent order and by Sea for bulk order.
