The First Set of Liquid Metals Production Line Was Launched
Gallium based liquid metal, which has good electrical and thermal conductivity. After more than a year of construction, the first phase of liquid metal thermal interface material project was completed successfully and put into production on February 6, 2023, and capacity would be 5 tons yearly.
