Liquid metals referred to in this article is Ga metal and gallium indium alloys or GaInSn alloys made of gallium basis in various compositions.

After more than a year of construction, the first phase of liquid metal thermal interface material project was completed successfully and put into production on February 6, 2023, and capacity would be 5 tons yearly.

Our R&D team has overcome the nano metal fluid technology used to create liquid substances with high thermal conductivity in nature, and successfully solved the technical bottleneck of the traditional liquid metal and the substrate which is not easy to be adhered to each other, thus laying the theoretical and technical foundation for the development of a series of thermal interface materials with excellent performance.
