This return policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning metals and/or alloys to Custom Rare Metal Factory. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. Custom Rare Metal Factory guarantees you a 30-day return window to evaluate your purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your materials to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
• Only metals and/or alloys purchased directly from Custom Rare Metal Factory are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for their return policies and procedures.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unspent, and with all original packaging came with the product.
• To return any product you must email or call our customer service team prior to shipping for approval.
Returnable Items
Any materials returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should meet the following criteria:
• There are quality and performance defects in the metals and/or alloys.
• Materials damage by the carrier or an error on our part.
• Received materials with incorrect purity, size or composition, quantity.
• Unspent materials that haven’t met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
• No refund will be granted for the materials that have been damaged by the customer or tampered with in any way that jeopardizes our ability to re-market or resell the item.
• Customized or personalized materials, unless there is a quality defect.
• Materials not purchased directly from Custom Rare Metal Factory.
Return Process
• If you believe your product is eligible for a return, please contact us. You can reach our customer service team via email at info@customraremetal.com.
• Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
• To ensure a smooth return process, please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.
Get A Refund
• Once we receive the returned materials, our customer service team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.
• If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned materials.
• The refunds will be issued using the original payment method. After receiving your returns, the refunds will be transferred to your account if there is no any damage to the product.
Return Shipping Liability
• In the event of receipt of an incorrect high purity metals, damage by the carrier, defects in quality and performance, or an error on shipped quantity. Custom Rare Metal factory is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.
• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong materials, it didn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.
