Order Status Before the Chinese New Year Holiday 2025
Before the holiday, I would like to share with you about the status of your orders:
- CTN1 & 2 for 2025 have already been shipped. The B/L is expected to be sent on January 25th, and we will provide the tracking number once it’s available.
- The CTN3 has been scheduled for production on February 13th. Inspection is planned for February 18th. Please notify your inspection agent and freight forwarder in advance to arrange inspection and shipping scheule accordingly.
During the holiday, I will check and respond to work emails between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM (China Time) daily.
Any messages or emails sent during this time will receive an immediate reply.
Messages and emails outside of this time frame will be responded to within 24 hours.
