Our standard powder particle sizes are 1 micron, 3 micron, submicron (<1 micron) and 50-800 nanometer. We can also make Cu powders outside this range as required.

Conductive Pastes
Electronic pastes made of ultra-fine copper powder have superior performance and can be used to replace silver pastes on the electrodes of multilayer chip ceramic capacitors (MLCC), round chip ceramic capacitors, varistors and other electronic components, which can significantly reduce the production cost.
Anti-bacterial and Anti-mold Materials
Ultrafine copper particles have a wide range of applications in anti-bacterial and anti-mold of chemical fiber, plastic, rubber, paint, glue and other polymer materials.
High Thermal Conductivity Filler
Nano copper powder is added to epoxy resin, silicone rubber, engineering plastics, coatings and other polymer materials to greatly improve the thermal conductivity of polymer materials.
Lubricating Materials
Copper nanopowder can be added to lubricating oil to change the friction performance of machinery, and also repair the microscopic defects on the friction surface.
Activated Sintering Additives
Ultra-fine copper metal powder is an effective sintering additive that significantly reduces the sintering temperature of powder metallurgy products and high-temperature ceramic products, such as binders for diamond and ceramic cutting tools.

- Transportation: by Fedex, DHL, UPS with door to door delivery, by Air for urgent order and by Sea for bulk order.
